Juan is a Nicaraguan Medical Doctor with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector. He is an enthusiast health communicator who advocates for LGBTIQ+ health rights.

Passionate about health equity and social justice, he found his call in Public Health and is devoted to strengthen health systems through person-centered approaches.

As a EPH+ Student he made significant contributions for the EPH+ Communication Team during his Year 1 in Granada, at the Andalusian School of Public Health. Additionally, he served as the Ambassador for the Governance and Leadership in European Public Health Programme during his Year 2 at the Maastricht University.

Medical Resident in Public Health in Lyon (France); Alumni Double Master in European Public Health (Europubhealth+)

Sander is a Medical Resident, Junior Doctor in Public Health. His main fields of interest are vaccination, sex health, mental health, substance use, caregivers’ health, and discrimination’s impact on health.

Sander made a significant contribution to the EPH+ Communication during his Year 1 at the Andalusian School of Public Health, University of Granada. During his second year at Maastricht University, he assumed leadership of the EPH+ Students and Alumni Association, effectively enhancing its performance and taking it to a higher level. He has also been very active during the last part of the Master Programme, especially at the Integration Module in Rennes. He has established an important relationship between EPHSA and the EPH+ Communication Team.

Researcher | European Master in Public Health | 2022 Erasmus Mundus Excellence Scholar

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative health sciences professional with experience in research and in clinical auditing. Pursuing an Erasmus Master in Public Health specializing in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and currently looking for opportunities in social epidemiology and data analysis starting February 2024.

Juanita made a great contribution to the EPH+ Communication Programme during her Year 1 at the Andalusian School of Public Health, University of Granada. She knew how to convey the sense of belonging created with her group in Europubhealth+ and how to share it on social networks.

M2 Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences at École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique

Carlos chose studied Year-1 in Granada and as specialization he chose Environmentan and Occupational Health Science. (No menciono Paris porque ya no existirá esa opción)

He took on the role of Head of Communication at EPHSA and played a vital role in establishing strong collaborative connections with the EPH+ communication team.
