Background :

  • I'm a biological anthropologist whose research interests include reproductive ecology, human fertility, life history, and implications of evolutionary biology for medicine and public health. I'm interested in variation in human reproductive function at population and individual levels, and in exploring interactive effects of genetic, developmental and lifestyle determinants of that variation. I conduct most of her research in rural Poland at the Mogielica Human Ecology Study Site (Beskid Wyspowy range).
