  • I'm graduated in medicine at Nicolaus Copernicus Medical Academy in Kraków in 1977. I'm specialized in internal diseases and public health. My research area  is cardiovascular disease epidemiology and prevention. The maim interest is psychosocial risk factors of cardiovascular disease. Also I participate in programs to raise standards in preventive cardiology.

    Current position: head of the Department of Epidemiology and Population Studies, Institute of Public Health, Unit of Health Care Jagiellonian University Medical College.
