Diploma

A recognized double diploma

The final diploma for the EUROPUBHEALTH Erasmus Mundus Masters course is made up of a double or joint diploma, which will be awarded to those students having completed the 120 ECTS credits of the whole programme.

This double diploma is made up of the two national diplomas corresponding to:

  • The diploma delivered by the institution in which the student undertakes his year 1 of study (Granada, Sheffield).
  • The diploma delivered by the institution in which the student undertakes his year 2 specialisation (Copenhagen, Granada, Krakow, EHESP Paris or Rennes, University of Renne1, Institute of Political Studies Rennes).

The national diplomas delivered in the Erasmus Mundus EUROPUBHEALTH Master courses depend on the mobility pathway chosen by each candidate :

The ECTS system

The European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) is based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a programme of study. 

It aims to facilitate student mobility in Europe and the recognition of periods of study abroad.

One credit stands for around 25 to 30 working hours which can include lectures, seminars, laboratory classes, independent study, preparation of projects, dissertations, examinations.

60 credits corresponds to the workload of a full-time student during one academic year.
