Teaching language: English
The backbone of the integration module 2 is a preparation by the students of a bid to answer a European call for tender, so that they link theoretical knowledge acquired to practical proposals to improve public health.
The Second Integration Module aims to give students the possibility of experiencing working on a project with strict deadlines which will stand them in good stead for their future professional and academic careers in public health.
By the end of the module, students will be able to
- understand what is involved in an international public health project in relation to its funding, design and management
- devise realistic projects and coordinate answers to call for proposal with appropriate team, objectives and deadlines
- present the project to a panel for assessment
Teaching and Learning activities will be arranged through lectures and conferences, workshops, students' personal work and a final poster exhibition.
