• I am professor at the Department of Social Medicine, University of Copenhagen.
  
  I took my master’s degree (cand.med) in 1973 from University of Copenhagen and my Dr.Med.Sci. (dr.med.) degree in 1981 from University of Uppsala in Sweeden.
  I am head of the Danish Grad. School of Public Health Science – GRASPH.
  
  My main research interests are evaluation methods for health prevention and health policy, mecanisms of social inequality and socio-epidemiological theori and methods.
