Sr Włodarczyk Wlodzimierz Cezary (Polonia )

Perfil :

• Graduating in law from the University of Lodz (1970), granted PhD in management from the University of Warsaw (1977), habilitated in social policy from the Academy of Economics in Katowice (1989), took professorship in 2001, I have specialized mainly in political analysis of health policy. I have also focused on legal and managerial aspects of health care reforms in Poland and abroad. In the early ’90 I coordinated international project concerning health care reforms in countries of central Europe keeping the post of Acting Regional Officer in the WHO Regional Office. I have been involved in many activities concerning systemic changes in the Polish health care.

  I am currently affiliated with both the Institute of Public Health, Medical College in Krakow and Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz.
